Mining Regulations
National scope
The mining sector is very specific and has a wide and varied regulation for its regulation, which ranges from the rules that regulate exploitation rights, through aspects of labor and mining safety, and respect for the environment.
There is a series of basic regulations, which corresponds to the state its elaboration, depending on its rank of Law, RD, Orders, etc ..., it follows a different authorization process.
We have divided the different existing and current regulations into three groups, which we have called:

Naturally it is possible and valid to make other types of groups, but we believe that this grouping is very practical.

Autonomous Scope
Most of the competences on mining have been transferred to the CCAA, these being the ones that have the capacity to develop a large part of the basic state regulations.
That is why we have included a compilation of the regulations that the different autonomous regions have been developing.
Here we have made the distribution by CCAA.
